General Information

When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding and reception will take place on Friday, January 23rd, 2026 at The White Room, located at 1 King Street, St. Augustine, FL, 32084. The ceremony will begin at 2:00 PM, followed by the reception at 2:30 PM. Please arrive 30 minutes early at 1:30 PM.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is black-tie. Ladies, this is your chance to pull out that dress you've been dying to wear but never had the occasion for! Any color works, but please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or champagne tones. Although the venue is located inside, we encourage guests to dress in clothes well-suited for winter in Florida.

Do I have to wear a tuxedo?

No. The dress code is black-tie, so we encourage the men to wear tuxedos or black suits. If you're interested in wearing a tux, we have a group rental rate on 'Generation Tux' for convenient rental options! If you'd like to join, please let us know.

RSVP and Attendance

How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP by September 23rd, 2025, through our website. Please visit the RSVP page listed at the top right of this website to fill out the form and to choose your food options.

Can I bring a plus-one or my children?

We have a limited guest list and are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly.

Travel and Accommodation

Are there any hotels you recommend?

Yes, we’ve listed some recommended hotels on our travel page. If you need more options, feel free to contact us—there are so many great places to stay in St. Augustine, that it’s hard to list them all!

Blocked Hotels?

We didn't feel the need to block hotels or rooms as there are a considerable amount of hotels, vacation rentals, and even RV resorts around St. Augustine that range in all prices and even locations. If you're having trouble or need suggestions on where to stay, please let us know!

Is there public parking?

No. There is paid parking, including a parking garage, all around the downtown area but the spaces or lots may be full. Your best chance at convenient and safe travel is to Uber or Lyft.

Ceremony and Reception Details

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.

I have mobility issues. Will the venue be accessible?

Yes, our venue is fully accessible. If you need any specific accommodations, please let us know in advance, and we will make sure to assist you.

Where are you registered?

Our registry is available through this website in the top nav bar!

Can I give a gift that is not on the registry?

Your presence is the best gift we could ask for! However, if you would like to give a gift, feel free to choose something that you think we would enjoy. We appreciate your thoughtfulness.
